We provide full-service wedding planning services from Monterey to Santa Barbara. San Luis Obispo provides a diverse selection of wedding venues to choose from. The Central Coast of California is an amazing location for a destination wedding in California. 

Majority of our clients don't live on the Central Coast but vacationed here or met while attending college here. Having a local wedding planner with the ability to make those connections for you to find your dream team of vendors is important.

Full Service Planning & Management/Coordination

Engaged, busy, and don’t know where to start? We’ve got your back. We’ll be your point person for all things wedding so that you don’t have to worry about it. We will work with you to execute everything you dreamed your big day to be. You typically don't have any vendors yet and just don't know where to start. Your probably 8-18 months away from your big day. 

 

Package includes everything available in our Wedding Management/Coordination package.

What is the added value of booking this package?
- We are available immediately after paying your deposit. Unlimited hours of pre-wedding preparation during your engagement. Unlimited contact via phone call or email during your engagement. 
- Initial event consultation. We will schedule a one-hour consultation immediately after booking and begin the planning process. We will invite you to begin collaborating using our comprehensive wedding planning software. Here is where all the magic happens. We want to make sure everything you have been dreaming about comes to life. From a detailed list of what to get done when, budget sheet to stay on track financially, digital guest list to stay organized with RSVP's, design board for inspiration, custom wedding website & vendor contact list.
- Venue recommendations and onsite walk through for up to 3 venues. Limited to San Luis Obispo County locations. Outside of San Luis Obispo County venue walk throughs are available but limited to one day with up to 3 venue visits on that scheduled day. Travel fee may apply!
- All vendor recommendations & review of contract before you book your vendors: We will help you select the vendors that are right for you. We can review the proposed services before you decide to book with them making sure you're getting exactly what you need. We will be available to meet with your vendors during the vetting process. We will meet in person if meetings are in San Luis Obispo County or on zoom if meeting is outside San Luis Obispo County. 
- Budget session to discuss where to allocate funds to stay on budget. We will provide a comprehensive budget sheet to keeps things on track. We will offer cost saving advise to help you get the most value out of your wedding budget. 
-Bridal party amenities gift baskets for both bride and groom and their bridesmaid & groomsman: Includes non-alcoholic beverages, snacks etc.
-Up to 12 hours of service on the day of your wedding. 

PARTIAL PLANNING & MANAGEMENT

Partial Planning & Management/Coordination

You have some of your vendors picked out and some of the planning process is in place. You're needing some vendor recommendations and would like help picking the team for your big day. You realize that you're busy and want to have someone to collaborate with during your engagement. We believe that just the time you will save having a wedding planner available to assist you during this process is priceless. 
 

Package includes everything available in our Wedding Management/Coordination package.


What is the added value of booking this package?

  • We are available immediately after paying your deposit. 

  • Initial event consultation. We will schedule a one-hour consultation immediately after booking and begin the planning process. We will invite you to begin collaborating using our comprehensive wedding planning software. Here is where all the magic happens. We want to make sure everything you have been dreaming about comes to life. From a detailed list of what to get done when, budget sheet to stay on track financially, digital guest list to stay organized with RSVP's, design board for inspiration, custom wedding website, vendor contact list.

  • One hour budget session to walk you through all the expected costs of your big day. 

  • Up to 20 hours of pre-wedding preparation: We will be available for any phone calls & emails regarding the details of your big day. 

  • Vendor recommendations & review for up to 4 vendors': We will help you select the vendors that are right for you. We can review the proposed services before you decide to book with them making sure you're getting exactly what you need.

  • Ceremony & reception layout. We will map out all the details for vendor setup, tables & chairs arrangement, placement for cake table, sign-in table etc. 

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

Wedding Management/Coordination

You have all your vendors picked out and most of the planning process is in place. You're looking for someone to manage your big day from start to finish. At the time of booking we will schedule a meeting 45 days out to go over all the details of your big day. We will be available starting 45 days prior to your wedding date. 

 

During that 45 day out process you can expect the following:

  • One hour consultation which will include: collaborating on your      wedding timeline, talking about the vision of your wedding day, going through a check list to make sure you have everything in order.

  • Up to 5 hours of pre-wedding preparation: We will be available for any phone calls & emails regarding the last-minute details of your big day. 

  • Vendor contract review: We will review all your vendor contracts and make sure you're getting what you are expecting.

  • Onsite coordination of the rehearsal: Up to one hour of coordination for the rehearsal. We will walk you and your wedding party through the ceremony to ensure everything goes smoothly the day of your wedding.

  • We will contact your vendors introducing ourselves as the point of contact for the day of your wedding.

  • Custom day of wedding timeline: We will create a comprehensive timeline for your big day with all the details to keep all the vendors on track. 

  • Assistant coordinator: There will be two coordinators onsite the day of your wedding for the contracted hours. One to help with keeping the pre ceremony tasks on time and another to make sure the reception set up is going as planned.

  • Wedding day emergency kit - Everything from scissors to Band-Aids, we will have those things you didn’t think you needed on hand for you and your friends and family.

  • Up to 10 hours of service on the day of your wedding.


Pre Ceremony Services

  • Help with getting ready: We will keep the hair and makeup going as planned to ensure a prompt ceremony start time.

  • Managing the bridal party: We will make sure the bridal party is getting ready on time and ready for any pre-ceremony activities. 

  • Ceremony management: We will make sure the ceremony is set and ready to go according to your preferences. 

  • We will do a run through with the wedding party the day of your wedding to make sure they know where to line up and how to walk down the aisle. 

  • Reception management: We will make sure your reception setup is going as planned. Making sure vendors show up on time & according to your preferences. 

  • Assistance with any per-ceremony activities: First look, bridal party photos etc. 

  • Making sure the little details are taken care of: Guest book/sign in book, unity candles, sand ceremony, rings etc.

 

Ceremony Services

  • Start the ceremony according to the timeline.

  • Manage the DJ making sure he is ready to play the appropriate songs. 

  • Line up the bridal party in the appropriate order and release them when its time to walk.


Reception Services

  • Oversee the cocktail hour making sure it goes as planned and ends on time. 

  • Help with bridal party/family photos.

  • Organize the grand entrance.

  • Oversee the caterer making sure the food is ready on time. 

  • Oversee the reception: First dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting etc. 

  • Execute the grand exit.

  • Make sure your gifts/cards and personal belongings go with you when you leave or with the appropriate person.
